A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRICING:
-
We’re a small local shop here in North Lake Tahoe. We manage to keep our outdoor gear repair prices affordable by having a low overhead, a simple shop, and, of course, making our own coffee in the back.
-
We clean everything as to the needs of your item first, so when we reapply DWR waterproofing it lasts much longer and is far more effective than a standard at-home wash in process. If we need to wash it multiple times and hand-scrub set-in stains, that’s what we’ll do!

-
For extra dirty items we will assess stain and spot cleaning charges depending on size and scope of the stain. All stains are not guaranteed to lift or completely remove, however, charges still apply for time and labor involved in cleaning process.
-
All cleanings include DWR/waterproofing reactivation when applicable.
-
All repairs are done by hand in our shop. Cleaning is required on most items prior to repair work and applicable cleaning charges will apply.
-
Because we care about safety (who doesn’t?) we do not repair safety equipment such as climbing harnesses or parasailing equipment. We’re happy to recommend our favorite brands if you’re looking to replace your gear.
-
Prices may vary if your gear is especially dirty or damaged – but consultations are always free, so just bring it in if you have questions about costs and repairs.

Note that these outdoor gear repair prices are approximate ranges. About 90 percent of orders fall into these ranges, but we’ll give you an estimate before we begin any work.
